The life cycle of a document is entirely electronic and secure. Individual Jobs (aka Reports) are queued and automatically routed to available transcriptionists based on priority, Turnaround Time and work-pool assignments. Patient demographic data from the hospital is automatically fed to the transcriptionist, eliminating time spent searching for patient details. After transcription, reports are then formatted in a post-typing process, which ensures consistency of reports, reduces human error, and increases overall productivity.
