Individual reports are queued and automatically routed to the available transcriptionist based on priority, TAT and work-pool assignments. Patient demographic data from the hospital is automatically fed to the transcriptionist, eliminating time spent searching for patient details. After transcription, reports are then formatted in a post-typing process, which ensures consistency of reports, reduces human error, and increases overall productivity.
