The Quality Assurance (QA) Department validates the work of the transcriptionists. The QA Staff monitors the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is also a third level, Quality Control (QC), to assist the QA staff.

Help With Difficult Reports

The QA Department is one of many tools available to assist you. Should you encounter an unfamiliar term and exhaust all of your other options, you can put a flag in your work letting the QA Department know you need help completing the report.
