The Quality Assurance (QA) Department validates the work of the transcriptionists. There are QA Staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is also a third level, Quality Control (QC), to assist the QA staff.

Help With Difficult Reports

The QA Department is one of many tools available to assist you. Should you encounter an unfamiliar term and exhaust all of your other options, you can put a flag in your work letting the QA Department know you need help completing the report.

An Independent Contractor means that you work for yourself and agree to transcribe a minimum amount of lines, also known as line count. The minimum line count in your contract is measured in amount of lines per week. The time you choose to perform this work is up to you, but we do offer shift differentials.

Upcoming work schedules are required to be submitted every two weeks so that we can determine coverage for our accounts.
