We have three shifts that operate round-the-clock to offer support for both clients and transcriptionists. Simply call our toll free number and a representative will answer your questions. You may also call us to flag a particular report as a STAT report to give it priority in the system for a minimal fee.
Doctor's Standards or Normals
A client can also utilize standard reports. These reports are a kind of 'skeleton report' that the doctor can send in to have his reports created from. So, for example, if a doctor's reports stay consistent in their structure and wording, that doctor can have his own Standard for the transcriptionist to work from. This results in less possibility of error for the report and faster production for transcriptionist.
Custom Client Profiles
Also included are Client Profiles. Client Profiles allow clients to specify special rules and exceptions for each dictator at their facility. For example, Dr. Smith wants all his reports verbatim, but Dr. Johnson wants his grammar to be corrected. Our transcriptionists are trained to give these exceptions top priority.
98% Accuracy w/TAT
We have made a commitment to our customers to provide 98% accuracy on all documents within the Turnaround Time (TAT) that is established by the client. If we do not meet this obligation, our customers will receive a discount on their products depending on the percentage of jobs that go late.
Quality Assurance Editing
We have a team of Quality Assurance (QA) Editors that validate reports as they go through the system. Should a transcriptionist get a difficult dictator, she can upload the report to our QA department to check the document for accuracy. If the QA department encounters a problem, that report can then be sent to Quality Control (QC) for a third check. This equates to fewer blank lines, or non-transcribed areas, in your reports.
Painless Dictation
All you need to dictate your reports is a touch-tone telephony device. Call your assigned dictation phone number and enter your dictator access # and talk into the phone. From that point on the report goes through our system. Read about the life of a document.
