Doctor's Standards or Normals
Our clients utilize Standard reports or Doctor's Normals. These reports are a 'skeleton report' a dictator creates to save time. For example, if a doctor's report stays consistent in structure and wording, a Standard is created from which the transcriptionist will work. Changes can be dictated altering the Standard. Using this method saves considerable time for physicians to see more patients as well as reducing the possibility of errors and reducing turnaround time (TAT).
Custom Client Profiles
Client Profiles allow clients to specify special rules and exceptions for each dictator at the facility. For example, Dr. Smith wants all his reports verbatim, but Dr. Johnson wants his grammar to be corrected. Our transcriptionists are trained to give these exceptions top priority.
98% Accuracy w/TAT
AccuScribe makes a commitment to our customers to provide 98% accuracy on all documents within the Turnaround Time (TAT) established by the client. Our contracts stipulate that if we do not meet this obligation, a discount is offered.
Three-Tiered Quality Assurance
AccuScribe employs a team of Quality Assurance (QA) Editors who validate reports passing through the system. Either by flagging a report or random auditing, the QA staff checks the document for accuracy. If the QA Editor cannot resolve the issue, the report undergoes a Quality Control (QC) or third tier review. This level of review equates to less blank lines, less missing dictation, and the highest quality reports.
Streamlined Workflow
To dictate all that is needed is a touch-tone telephony device. By either calling an assigned dictation phone number or docking a handheld device, merely enter a dictator access code and talk into the phone.
